SDF 2026 - Travel Study Full Payment (AUG 21ST-AUG31ST)

Most of our spots are taken for our international study and dance program taking place this August in Amsterdam. However we do have a few spots remaining. If you should so desire to come with us a full payment is now required. This fully confirms your participation in the Renovate 2026 Travel Study.

What the Full Trip Covers

• Round-trip airfare to/from Amsterdam KLM

• Shared group accommodations (you and one other person in hotel)

• All Battle Tickets + Club Nights + Theatre Shows included with group package

• Local transportation to and from airport

• Group excursions + Exclusive group outtings with special guests

• Emergency support plan + Insurance

• Other goodies.

Important Notes

• You will receive regular updates on bookings as they become available.

• Baggage allowance is 1 checked bag, 1 carry-on, 1 personal item. Extra baggage is subject to fee at personal cost.

• All prices listed are from Los Angeles, CA. Renovate will not cover any additional expenses associated with travel to and from Los Angeles.
  
  REFUND POLICY:
  Payments are fully refundable minus a $250 administrative fee until May 1st, 2026.
  
  May 1st – May 30, 2026
  50% of payments made are refundable.

  June 1, 2026 – onward
  No cash refunds. Airline and group reservations will have been booked. Instead, participants may be eligible for credit toward future programs or transfers to another participant (subject to approval).
  
  After June 1, if a participant withdraws, they may:

  • Transfer their spot to another qualified participant before July 1 (Renovate must approve).

  • Receive up to 70% credit of payments toward a future program, valid for 12 months, if their withdrawal is due to medical or family emergency.

  • No credits or transfers after July 20 since all group costs are finalized.
